Intake install causing engine lights

Unhappy Intake install causing engine lights

Tonite my friends and I installed my new AEM v2 intake...we arnt mechanics but know what were doing for the most part...after we were all finished we started it up and got a check engine and tcs light...do you guys have any idea what could be wrong....

Well I personally would try disconnecting the battery and re-connecting it, this way the computer gets a fresh start, if not, then reset the ECU. I think I have heard ppl having to do this to their TL's after putting in a CAI.

I thought disconnecting the battery from the car.. resets the ECU.. correct me if Im wrong people??

I just disconnected my battery for a bit. Have your radio code on hand, you'll need it. don't do what I did and freak out when my radio didn't work and I didn't have the card with me!!

so you mean..... reset the ecu again?! disconnect the battery already resets the ecu

I unhooked the battery...and waited a minute...it didnt work...should I wait longer....if this doesnt work....ill take out the 6 fuse...where is it located again??

Disconnect the battery for about 20 to 30 mins will reset the ECU and you should be set. Check that all the hoses are plugged in and everything is tight...
