Red face Installing Foglights and Replacing highbeam bulbs

Does Installing foglights as well as Replacing highbeam bulbs require that your bumper assembly be removed? And no, im not trying to install foglights into the two areas where the inspire foglights go into.....Anybody that has had foglights or highbeam bulbs replaced please respond...thanks!

I had the performance shop install my foglights (PIAA 1700x) in between the two areas where the inspire fogs go. They also change the highbeam to superwhites. They did it in their shop so I don't know if they took the bumper off. I assumed they did.

No, for replacing the highlight bulbs
and yes, if you want your foglights bolted to your frame! It's not impossible to install without removing the bumber cover but it'll be a pain in the a$$.

BTW, what about tinting your back window? Does it involve them removing it? or do they make a trace and cut the tint film and just install it without removing it? details please, tanner you should know this one, you even got your damn windshield tinted!
And I have a good idea why you want your car so dark, so bystanders cant get a peep show?
