make sure all your battery connections and grounding connections are stable. If you need to, use sandpaper to get down to bare metal on the chassis ground connection and clean up the rest of the connectors with the sandpaper as well.
I was having surges of my dash lights randomly until I did all that and it stopped.

Id bet to say is the Shift Gear Sensor.... but youll need to Check it by Yourself and its a PITA if your not very used to Dissasembly your Dash. Go to your Dealer.

I recently had this same issue, where when i use my left signal, and only my left signal, my whole shifter and gauges would blink as well. Then when I turned on my headlights/parking lights, the left blinker stays on, and it won't blink even when i put to blink. I think something got shorted but I still gotta check it out in a couple days.

For anyone that wanted to know, I found the solution to my problem. My sidemarker wiring was hanging too low and was rubbing against my wheel (i took off the fender liner because I'm too low). The wire got cut, shorted a fuse, and check engine light came on. Looked for the fuses in the engine bay and checked each one with the ohm reader. Found the fuse, replaced it, and rewired my sidemarker and tucked all the wires so it's a lot cleaner. No more issues, and check engine light is gone.

Check all your wiring and your fuses.
