inconsiderate A-holes

well today i wash the car make it look all shiny, i go out to the mall park away from where every one else was parking. so i come out to find some stupid woman (yes i know it was a woman by how close the seat was to the steering wheel all the girly things in it and it was a mini van to top it off) parked all crooked next to me. well upon closer inspection i now see a huge set of scuff marks and a nice big dent in my door! well needless to say she now has a size 12 huge a$$ imprint in her door!

Well best thing to do is park away from the cars at the rear of the parking lots..........plus the extra walk will keep you healthier.

I feel your pain...
I was in the same situation but I waited for the "nice" lady who also parked too close to my car... resulting in a dent and a scratch...
Anyway I showed her the damage and told her she has 2 choices: give me insurance card or I am calling the police
I received all insurance info and filed a claim the same day.
End result: almost $ 500 in my pocket (from the small scratch) and with the help of Zaino and touch up paint the door looks almost perfect.

BTW she was driving 2002 TL-S... Can you imagine, no respect at all for such beautiful car...

Inconsiderate as opposed to considerate A-holes?

I had a woman do that in front of the dealership while I was sitting in my previous car. She was oblivious... got out and started walking away. I got out and called to her- asked for her insurance info. She told me to f--k off!

I followed her into the dealership telling her I would call the cops and complain about her leaving the scene of an accident or, I asked, was it on purpose that she damaged my car.

Turns out she was the girl friend of the (married) new car sales manager. She whined to him that I was harassing her. We all went out to look at my car and, fortunately for this dumb bimbo, there was no visible damage.

Some people are just numb between the ears.

Had the same thing happen at my workplace, except I didn't find the dent until after everyone was gone. I knew exactly who did it, except I did not see her car parked next to mine that day (its not my habit to walk through the parking lot each day...but now I keep a closer eye on my car).

There was red paint around the dent from this bitch's car...and the only reason I knew it was her was:

1. Her co-workers warned me about parking next to her because she had the habit of slamming her door into the car next to her's

2. I watched her do it one time to another car. Like Spiderman, I just turned the other way and now it bit me in my ass.

Without seeing her actually doing it, I couldn't call her for the $500 worth of repair. But I made sure all her co-workers knew what had happened and I'm sure it made it back to her.

Oh yeah, the next day I looked at her CL and there were scuff marks all up and down the driver's side door. Tells me she's done it more than once to other cars. F'n bitch!!!!

{Feeling a bit better letting it out}

I think everyone has experienced this...it all depends on how you handle it. I was at the mall once and the lady parked really really close to my door, so close I couldn't get into my car, let alone fit in between. I ended up taking a picture of her parking job then pulled my car out and blocked her and just took a nice nap in the car. She came out yelling at me and when I showed her the picture she shut up and apologized. I told her she was lucky she still had air in her tires. I was in college then and had nothing better to do then to harass dumb people. hehe.

HA HA.....you just reminded me of two instances.

First was with my Pathfinder. Person parked close to my driver side door just like you and I had a hell of a time getting into my car. On my way out, I left my mark on the back panel-passenger side of the car. Not just one mark, but a whole bunch. Not because I was mean, but I couldn't see the first mark 'cause it was dark and after awhile I just got totally pissed and went hog wild.

Second was with my TL. I pulled into a parking lot and was about it back into a space and a little teenage girl pulled right into the spot. So I just blocked her in completely, got out, and stood in line for some ice cream (was at an ice cream store). Her friend and passenger came into the store, then ran out. After I got my ice cream (15 min later), there was a small crowd gathered around the two cars and I saw that she was trying to get out of the space. Got to my car, got a few nasty looks from people around, and I told them she shouldn't have taken my spot. Girl came out and apologized, but I just got in and drove off.

Come to think of it, twas a dangerous game to play with a $32k brand new car. But I was pissed then!

Talking

It appears that all these accidents are being caused by women, no offince to the female drivers that are this forum.... what is it with the utter disrespect?? And it is always the same type of lady, you know the type.... the one that weighs about 300lbs and has the swollest ankels you've ever seen. The type that is has to open the door all the way so she can get he fat ass out of her tiny Ford Escort.... The type that is always at the grocery store, when she really needs to be getting her ass to a gym.... That sucks guys....

I had the type of lady I described above ding the door to my civic and she did not even apologize.... So keyed the b!+ch's car, didn't help since she was driving some nasty a$$ chevy cavalier...... but I felt better..... :p

Since I have the TL-S, i park that puppy in the back and walk my unhealthy ass to the store or whatever place I need to go.... But you always run the risk that since your car is far and is the island in an open parking lot, some punk kid will hit it while speeding through the parking lot....

I had an occurrence this weekend also. I was going to the supermarket with my mom's van (a-spec had just been cleaned and it was raining) and I find this woman getting out of her Volvo, and she parked literally in the middle of the two spots. There was just enough room for me to squeeze in, so I did and parked abot 3 inches away from her driver door. There was no way she was gonna be able to get in...

I come out, and she's waiting at her car to see who this owner of the van is. As I get into the car she gives me the dirtiest look, and I was like "next time if it's raining, don't be an idiot".

And I drove off!!!

Fuck those ppl, I hate when ppl think they are sooooo important that they can take up two spots or parking, and hit your door with their's, and then drive away or go do whatever they intended on doing.

I definitely taught her a lesson.

People, in general, are stupid and don't give a damn about others' properties.

It's US who have to be extra careful. I don't have a single dent on my '03 (I've had it for about a year and 3 months now) because I'm always so careful and park away. Even when I have to park in a crowded lot, I make sure to position my car slight to the left so that the driver's side door of the car to my right has enough space to open the door, and a margin of error just in case.

Now when I had my Tahoe, it was a slightly different story because the car was so big. I had 2 dents on the car and one was from my parents' friend just whipping the door open on my dad's car with my car parked next to it in the garage.

I was waiting for my mom at CostCo (I hate shopping) and this lady in a Grand Cherokee parked next to me. She swung opened the door, and it flew right into my passenger side rear view mirror. She looks up to see if anyone was in the car, sees me, looks away, and starts to walk away. NOW I was pissed. I hopped out of the car, yelled at her to stop. "You do NOT just walk away when you hit someone's car, especially when you see that the owner is IN THE DAMN CAR!" I brought her back to the car, checked the mirror with her standing right next to me, made sure it was OK (except for a scuff mark which I knew rubbing compound could get rid of) and told her to go, but be more careful next time.

The whole time she didn't say a WORD. I was fvcking fuming. Ugh. Inconsiderate people... We should all put them on an island covered with a billion tons of TNT and blow them up into pieces. That's how much I hate inconsiderate people.

its because most of them (not all) have no common sense!!!!!!!!!! they are to preoccupied with other things and not what they should be doing DRIVING! that and others are too dumb to realize that they just did something wrong.

Seriously, I don't get people. When you see a car parked away far, it probably means the owner doesn't want anything happening to the car but some people are so air-headed, they decide to park next to you People don't think these days..just like how before making a lane change, LOOK BEFORE YOU SIGNAL..for some people, its the other way around. I'm sorry, some lady in a cavalier did that today while I was driving home from church today and cut me off. Then I switch to the inner lane and pull up nex t to her and she's all looking at me dumbfounded. WTF?!? :banghead: :smokin:

I have left a couple of size 13 footprints in people's hoods, quarterpanels etc... I have even peed in someone's air vents at the top of the hood... I think they got the message after that...
