Lightbulb I need some advice

Folks,

I'm thinking about buying the 2002 tl, or Mazda Millennia, or maybe wait until the 2003 tl comes out since I heard that they are suppose to be redesigning it. Has anyone seen pictures of the new TL, or knows when Acura will be selling it?

Is the 2002tl a smart buy for the money? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Yeah and Mazda Millenia wouldn't be a good idea, i heard they ain't that good. If you are going to buy a Mazda why not also wait until the RX-8 comes out???

I think it depends on what you're looking for. I don't think the TL is the most luxurious car. I also don't think it's the sportiest car. I do think it's the best combination of both at a great value. If you want a great car at great price, get the TL-S, and like he said the car will remain about the same till mid 2003.

THe Mazda Millenia will be worth next to nothing on a trade in, or if you want to sell it down the road. The dealers are sitting with that model because it just does'nt sell . The Acura tl is the way to go. Great car you wont be sorry.

Lightbulb TL-S is the way to go!

The TL-S is a no brainer; it has substantial performance, nice (albeit understated) looks, and lotsa bang for the buck. A great combo of performance and luxury. You can buy more car, but it will cost $$$$. If you want reliability, good resale value and a fun ride, it is the way to go.

Mazda is dropping the Millenia completely after this model year. The resale for the Millenia is probably the worst I've seen, so I would consider taking that car off your "list".

If you need a car right away, I would choose the TL-S over the Millenia. Resale on Hondas/Acuras should be pretty solid. One advice is to get the Navigation system because that makes your car much more valuable when you want to sell it in the future.

If you can wait, the sketches for the new TL should be out in a few months. Tim has the inside track, so he will post them as soon as he gets them.

Thanks for the advice folks. I think I will go with the TL. It seems like it does give you the most bang for your buck.
