I know how to connect the different piaa wires to the inspire switch, but with wire that comes with the piaa wiring harness should I connect to the parking light wires, please explain...thanks! do i need a relay or fuse with this setup...btw its a 1700x model if that matters...thx

 

don't quite understand, but if you hook up the relay to the parking lights, the fogs can only be turned on when the parking or head lights are on. The fuse is always a good idea, hook that up to the red (+) wire.
btw the relay is like a switch if you want to hook it up to the parking light. Instead of using the full 12v, the relay will allow you to switch on the fogs with just a little current supplied by the parking lights.
