Hi guys,
I have a problem ...

I just made 2 trips to rochester and both times when i hit the brakes my stearing wheel vibrates big time ..and then my whole car would vibrate .. any idea what would cause it ?

I just got a appointment at PAA .... till then any one had this problem ?

 

Sounds like warped rotors. They will fix it.

Its a common thing.

Warped rotors would be m guess too. Did you wash your car/spray down the brakes w/ cold water after driving the car hard recently???? That'll do it.

 

nah, i didn't do any of those

plus its right after it came back from 30,000 mile service which cost too much ...

 

I`ll bet they used an air impact wrench on the wheels when you had the 30K service, i.e. rotating tires,etc. Those things warp way more rotors than water on hot rotors.

 

yes it warped alright. I have that three weeks ago. I brought to the dealer the resurface the rotor and replace new brake pads.

 

hmmm ... will find out whats wrong on thursday when i got to dealer and let you guys know ...
