Help D5 blinking

changed tranny 8 months ago and has been good so far. y is the d5 blinking?

codes are P0700, P1457, P0710, tranny is shifting kinda of funny now

P0700 – Transmission Control System Malfunction
P0710 – Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor Circuit Malfunction

sounds to me like something is loose or there is a connection issue. the leak detection pump should be replaced i think. reed switch is not serviceable. check vaccum hoses?
