Headlight replacement

QUESTION?
Would you guys recommend this as a replacement headlight:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ACURA-TL-3-2L-99-00-01-1999-2000-2001-HEADLIGHT-L-/290538044477?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories &fits=Make%3AAcura|Model%3ATL&hash=item43a56abc 3d

will the light output be the same or would it be scattered since its not oem?
Should i just stick to oem on this one guys?

do you need the entire housing due to moisture behind the seal?
if so- this looks like a good option

several years ago I got new, blacked out units from the bay (seller no longer under that name)
and they work fine- DOT approved

i bought my 02-03 tails from these guys and they look amazing! The red is a little brighter compared to oem, but i like it.

But as for headlights i'm not sure about the quality and if the lightspread will be even and the same as oem.

You could try a headlight restoration kit. It would clean up that haze.

Look for a headlight restoration DIY. Works good, and can be done in no time.

Walmart sells a 3M headlight restoration kit. It attaches to a drill. Its under 20 bucks. Try it out.

Yes, this is a condensation problem, not oxidation. I think the headlight restoration kit wouldn't do much for me. I just need to get the inside water out and keep it out so it stays dry. wouldn't I need to replace the entire headlight housing for that due to a bad seal?

Or search for a replacement seal, or maybe it's cracked somewhere that you could caulk. But replacing the housing might be easiest.
