Get something lighter when you putting it back next time. It might last longer.

Cheers !!!

I used to live in Riverside, CA (went to UCR) and I got pulled over for my tint too. It was 35% all around. I've learned and I put up 50% afterward. Not as nice as 35% all around. And just like you mentioned, the unevenness between front and back windows. But, no cop trouble after that.

Now living in PA, I have 20% in back 3 windows and 50% in two front windows. Don't like it as much, but less trouble from cops!

This is what I do. I roll all my front windows down when I'm pulled over by police. And never got warning for my 15% tint.

I got pulled over for speeding on I-5 and I almost rolled down my windows all the way down but the CHP officer saw part of the windows and added tint to the ticket. If I put back the tint on, which won't be till after summer, it'll most likely be the same as what I had because I had no problems with the tint at school (UCR) and back home in SF

Was it a fix it ticket or inspection required one? Other wise I would have just paid and keep on going.

I've gotten pulled over twice in Mountain Lakes (Those of you in Morris County area know about the "leanient" cops there) with my old Intergra for nothing other then my tint. 1st time was on easter, got nailed with that ticket. 2nd time he gave me a written warning. As for inspection in NJ you can get it done at a gas station or autorized location. Throw a $50 in front of some of the workers and you will have a nice brand new inspection sticker for your car.

That sucks, I got a ticket for 12% on the front, had to remove it and now the car looks like ass - 6% on the back and nothing on the front. I had made it 2 years with no tint tickets too, maybe the cops around here are starting to enforce it more (got mine in Pasadena, CA).

Damn that sucks ... In VA the law is 50% front, 35% rear and rear windshield. I have 35% all around but so far I haven't gotten bothered from any cops ... *knocks on wood*

Well I tried to find some friends who know police officers to sign off the fix it ticket it.....but no luck for me.....the stripping of the tint was free of charge so I don't really mind......just gotta dish out about 60 Bucks to put it back on...not that big of a deal for me......i just dont like the way it looks

And I only got the tint ticket because i was speeding.....other than that i have had no problems with the police with my tint....its 28% formula one metallic tint and its not that dark really.....the pictures just seem a little dark cause i guess my leather and reflection

ANd summer is almost here!! woohoo gonna be doing some zaino....gonna shine so nice might have pics of that later too.....but its gonna be with no front tint

I love Colorado! I have a TL-S with 35% doors, 20% rear glass. No cop drama.
On my daily commuter, my 92 Accord Ex has 18% doors, 5% rear glass. Still, no cop drama and I drive over 115 miles a day!!
