I like my H&R Sports, but I doubt those are low enough for you. ElegantTL has Eibach Pro-Kits on his, and sounds like he likes them. H&R Race go lower than mine, as do Eibach Sportlines, but I don't know about ride quality.
If you have the time, jump on the Tire Forum (or is it the Gallery Forum?), and at the top is a sticky for everyone to post their setup. See who has what, and PM them.
Hope that helps...

You can't go as low as possible without the ride being rough. You can try Tein coilovers with adjustable ride too so you can drop your TL to the ground and setup the shock to its softest setting.

The front drop of the Comptechs and H&R Sports may be about the same, but the rear of the H&R Sports sit lower, giving it a level look, compared to the raked look (front being lower than the rear) of the Comptechs.

Hey KidD well I have the Eibach Sportline Springs on my car and let me tell you it did lower it 2.6 in the front and 2.3 in the back AT FIRST. After a couple of months they broke it a bit and now, after about 4 months it is down to about 2.9 in the front and 2.5 in the back. I love the way it looks. I really have no comparison to go by as far as the ride quality. The ride is definitely more stiff and choppy than stock.
