got a RSX as a loaner...

so my TL is under service... the dealer gave me a 3000 mile RSX as a loaner.

The steering is tight.. very nice.. and the transmission is awesome! I was using the sports shift when i was driving home and it shifts so much faster than my TL.. My TL is just way too smooth and slow.... LOL

Wow! That sounds nice. Last time I got a loaner, they wanted to throw me in a lousy Geo Metro rental car. It doesn't get any worse than that. Cheap Acura Dealers.

Mine had 1100 miles on it when I picked it up on Wed.
It now has 1200 miles!
Maybe they'll want to keep my TL over the weekend...

Oh yea, and I USED to think that my TL handels well.:o

Last time I left my car in for the day they gave me a 1.7EL....*shudder*.....all that car is is a Civic with an Acura badge. I know we have an upgraded Accord, but at least we know that.......it's funny when people hope on the Acura bandwagon with an EL and think they have something special. But it's okay if they know and can admit that they are driving a Civic.

Hey, what are you complaining about? Last time I actually got thrown into a Geo Metro because they lost the keys to the loaner Integra... and they didn't even fix my problem!

not all dealerships give out a loaner vehicle, just the good ones....for Honda/Acura it actually comes out of the dealership's "pocket". Warranty doesn't cover the lose of the use of your car.

i had some work done a while back and got a 4 banger chevy crapplier.....OMG! At the first light i stomped on it, WOT, nothing it just slowly accelerated.....man i really appreciate my car. Apparently the dealership ran out of loaners so they had to rent one for me......which explains the low cost POS chevy hehe Oh well, next service i'm driving up to Park Ave Acura and hopefully i'll get hooked up with the RSX-S

What type of service do you need to get done to your car in order to get a loaner? Apparently they don't give loaners for oil changes even though my salesman told me otherwise when I purchased the car.
