I don't think it's a fuse problem if the rest of the cluster is working. It might just be a strong current causing the bulbs to burn out. Easy enough to check for the bulbs burning. There are three bulbs for the ODO and two bulbs for the turn signals.

There are three green connectors that attach to the cluster. Make sure those are connected properly.

bulbs ok? try new one and see if that cures it

When the outside lights dont work- the inside indicator wont light either
If a turn signal bulb on one corner is out - it usually makes that side blink super fast on remaining bulb-- to alert you to a problem--,,,`say whys that arrow flashing so much`??

It might be a connection issue. Did you work on your electrics recently?

When I was installing my reverse glow gauges, I had my Hazard button disconnected. While that was disconnected, my signals didn't work.

Did your odo go out at the same time as your signals? I don't think the odo depends on anything but the cluster, so those might be burnt bulbs.

Turn signals are probably a fuse or something.

When you removed the trim, you had to disconnect the hazard button connector. You probably forgot to reconnect it when you put the trim back.

99% that's your problem.
