Same here. Those things are never really "free", however. They most likely are included in the negotiation process anyway.

i think in most cases it can be consider 'free.' i didnt ask for these stuff until after we had agreed on the final price, so these accessories were not included in the negotiation. I would assume that most dealers would be happy to earn your business by throwing in some freebies accessories since they get it for much cheaper than what they actually sell for!

Nothing is ever free until your tranny dies at 4k and you get an extended warranty as compensation.

Back in 1999 when I got my 2000TL you were lucky even to get the car itself. This was how HOT the market was for a TL then. The TL was hard to get you were on a waiting list & color choices even harder. I got most every factory accessory at that time. This site or the other one they had before this was not around at that time. We had the old TL board then so purchase of stuff was not like now for the car. I got stuff at lower cost since I got alot. The only thing I got free was the Moonroof Visor. I got the Optional Wheels, Trunk Tray, & a few other things later. The dealer had this stuff on sale & I picked them up then. I got my wheel locks from another ACURA PARTS site a few months before I got the car they were $7 cheaper than dealer.

From: Miami - just one day, I would like to drive without getting cut off!
Well I got the trunk tray and electronic rust prevention. They grabbed the wrong car for delivery. So I got over, even though the car i got had a scratch on the rear bumper. But it was 10 pm and raining. I'm still happy though.
