It finally happened. She got dropped!

Whats up everybody? I put up a new thread last week telling everyone I got my OE thermoblock spacer and AEM cold air intake installed and cleaned the EGR port. I also told you I had my Eibach Pro-Kit ordered. Well I just got my Ac back from the shop that installed the drop. Heres the pics I promised. What do you all think?

Perfect drop IMO, and yours still may settle a bit. It may drop another .25" or so after a few days.

Yea I deffinatly thought about it. The thing was I had just finished installing my intake and wanted to match the engine to that. I could have painted the intake but I didn't think about it till it was already in and didn't wanna take it out again. But who knows I might get bored one of these weekends and I might switch it up.

Yea I would imagine it will. I literally only drove it the mile and a half from the shop to my house so I gotta get them broken in.

very nice, i love the grill. have you thought about putting something to shade the mesh on the grill more? so that people cant really see all the stuff behind it? or is it just the camera that show it more? Put your car on my "blacked out" thread!

Let it settle a few days and get it aligned. The camber results will determine if you need adjuster kits to keep tires on it~
There are a lot of fun roads in your area to enjoy the newfound handling ability of the TL

the drop is very nice, im thinkin of going Eibach Pro-Kit too.. but def. tint those windows though!!
-and try painting the actual engine cover a nice glossy black and leave the red in there.. i think the red just stands out too much cuz of the dull black. that should look much better!

Drop looks nice. Look into getting some exhaust tips if you don't have actual exhaust/mufflers in mind.

Yea I really like the grill too. But your right about being able to see through it. Part of it was the camera angle and lighting but even so you can still see through it too much. Anyone know where I can get good mesh to redo my grill. The mesh I have is the only kind I can find around here. And yea whats the link to your blacked out thread. Ill put it up tonight.

You should do it. Granted I haven't had much time to test out the new suspension but judging by looks alone I'm very happy. The tinting on the front is def on my to do list. And you have a good point with the dull looking black on the engine cover. I'm stoked you brought that up cuz now I have something to do tomarrow!

Oh and does anyone know where I could find some steel braided hoses? I think it would look good.

Thanks for all the feedback. All criticism is appreciated. Well constructive criticism anyway haha.

Nice looking car! I'd open up those headlights and black 'em out too, that car looks great, but that may set it off (with tints too).

I like everything you've done to it. Especially the rear.

Yea I know. Think the lipkit will be a summer project. In the time being headers and pulley are next. Then who knows from there!

Oh man it feels like a brand new car. I think mostly due to cleaning the EGR. Much smoother. Handling is like night and day also. Body roll has been reduced 5 fold. Couldn't be happier. Good call on the avatar too.
