You might want to check with your local Acura Dealership, maybe something happened to the sensor when your alarm was installed?!?!

The exact same thing happened to me! Had the car two years, zero problems, and one day I come out and the battery is dead. Battery was old, so I replaced it, same thing happened a few weeks later. After hearing a sound and popping the hood, my second radiator fan was on. I sat there and watched it, and it didn't go off after awhile. I figured this was the problem.
I took my car into the dealership and explained the battery problem. I tried to tell the service guy I was pretty sure it had something to do with the fan, but he didn't seem to listen. The car came back no-charge; the tech said he found one of the battery terminals was loose, which I know is nonsense because I tightened them down hard myself when I replaced the battery.
After that, I noticed the fan was still on sometimes. Here is what I noticed - when I turn my car off, if I turn the key sort of slowly to the off position, the fan would stay on sometimes. However, if I flicked it quickly to off, the fan shut down all the time.
I really don't know what the deal is with the fan or the battery, but I've just been sure to turn the car off quickly each time, and I haven't had any problems since.

they'll blame it on the alarm without even looking at it. then they will tell me, for the small fee of $400, we'll remove the alarm and fix the problem with the fan.
haha, anyways... thanks for helping out.

Or you can blame it on the guys that installed the alarm and have them pay for the repair

its even in the manual that the fan can come on at random and will stay on after the car is shut off
