Is there any way to rig an express roll-up for the passenger's side window. Better yet, all windows? I know the driver's window has some kind of safety feature in it, but I would not worry too much about having that feature on the other windows, since I am usually by myself. By the way, I do not want an aftermarket alarm.

I'm with u on this idea I was wondering the same thing. Do you think it will require different motors or just the different switches?

If thats what I think it is.. you can do it for all your windows for under 200 bucks.

you cant do it wiht teh factory set up. you will need aftermarket stuff (like dei)

so, if i install the DEI modules, then i can have one-touch up/down with all 4 windows using the existing window switches on the doors, like in BMW's??

i thought that module only allows for rolling up windows? dont you need DEI530 module? or is the DEI530 module only if you want the option of rolling up/down feature for the car alarm?

viper 529t does not offer one touch; you need the 530t module.

I need more info. So youre saying that I have to go to an alarm shop, and they will have what I need without installing an alarm?

i've learned that the DEI530 module has a problem of becoming faulty after a while. DEI has acknowledged the problem and is coming out with another module to replace it. (thanks to NYDesi80 for the info)

DEI530 and DEI529 are the same functions.... DEI529 is for 1 window up and down or 2 windows up or 2 windows down.... DEI530 is basically two DEI529 built into one. So for the entire setup with the UP function can use 1 DEI530 or 2 DEI529.

NO alarm needed.
