Evo

Saw an Evo on a highway. Tried to catch up with him. Almost caught up but then he pulled away. I couldn't keep up.

this one was red. I caught him on I-75 West (North), beginning of Alligator alley. He got off at the Indian Trace exit.

jeez the evo8 is definitely intimidating. I still havent seen the new STi on the roads yet. But that is soooo hot! Evo8 is too much ricer for me tho. STi I really wouldnt consider ricer because they dont have those humongous overemphasized flaring of the kit. STi seems more low profile with that "I already know I'm fast" style rather than that "look at my big ass intercooler" evo8 style haha.

Saw a white one in San Diego last weekend... Very nice... I'd get one over the EVO too. Gosh, if I were 23 again (10 years younger), I'd get one. But I'm still single, and unless I plan on dating girls right out of high school... I rather show up at a date's house with a TL-S than a WRX STi.

hahahaah .... true true ... once you a certain age, a luxury car is more "attractive" to chicks than a sport car.

Cheers !!!

Yeah, but if it is a luxury sports car the resulting attention is exponential.

Been there and done that. The yellow EVO driver needs some lessons, he drives like, well, i don't want to insult anyone here, but the truth be said, he drives like an old lady with too many ponies under her tush... hella fast little car, though.

There's a little more room in the back seat as well for all who want to still "play around" and feel younger!

I saw a yellow one Saturday here in Jax. An older Mustang GT ('prolly 89 or 90) all 'suped up was revving next to him and he blew it out of the water. He dumped his clutch around at least 5 or 6k rpm's and wasted that stupid Mustang. I was highly impressed by it's speed and launch with minimal wheel-spin. I would say that I was behind him and all I could smell at first was tires but by the next light the smell was distinctively that of his clutch. Being a Mitsu, he'll probably need a new clutch in 5k miles...
