Eibach Prokits!!! The drop is the same, but the rear will even out to the front drop. Comptechs tend to have a uneven drop!! Buy my springs Pat!! Im selling them for 150... thas how much i got them for. Must sell because i have the Apex'i WS Coilovers

Sag?? Or are you talking about when it is "settled" Springs are high at first when you first installed them. Then after awhile it gets settled and it sits lower.

Matt, how low do they drop? Im planning on buying my wheels in a couple months and I dont want it too low, like our Preludes
Most likely I'll buy them though.

I just ordered Comptechs. I have heard nothing but good things about comptech since they are geared towards the TL. If I were you, I would stick with comptechs. Just do a search on this board of people who have comptechs and they will tell you that the ride quality is still the same but you will feel the bumps a little more, but not that much. Hope this helps.

No problem Chinaman! I was in your situation about a month ago when I finally decided to go with Comptech. Also, by getting the Comptechs, you will not have to get new shocks immediately. Like I said before, Comptech had the Acura line of cars in mind! I like it like that too!

THERE ARE REALLY THE SAME IN TERMS OF RIDE QUALITY, IN LOOKS THE EIBACHS ARE MORE EVEN, HOWEVER THE COMPTECHS WILL STILL MAINTAIN THE FACTORY WARRANTY. COMPTECH 1.3" AND EIBACH IS 1.5" (BEFORE SETTLE)

I OWN AN IMPORT SHOP IN NJ, I SPOKE TO MY LOCAL DEALER, AS WELL AS COMPTECH, AND THEY HAVE BOTH TOLD ME THAT I AM STILL UNDER WARRANTY. I HAVE THE SPRINGS AND HEADERS AND AEM CAI, AND THEY JUST DID WARRANTY WORK, THEY NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT MY MODS.

ALSO SNOOK, I BELIEVE THE PRO-KIT IS ONLY 1.7 THE SPORTLINE IS 2+ INCHES.

I had Eibach pro kit installed on my 96 Prelude. it dropped it at first only about an inch, it then settled to about 1.5. It did drop quite a bit. But it took a few months to finally settle. However, I did notice a rake, the front was definitely lower than my back because of my engine. I had the H23A engine (si) which is the 2.3 liter so its kinda heavy as far as engines in that class go. I'm sure that is the main reason. I'm thinking when i get sprigns for the TL to cut one coil off the rears if there is a rake. I've heard one coil on quality springs like Eibach doesn't hurt. About the ride, the Pro kit was flawless. It was like stock.

How long until I have to get the shocks ? I heard from someone here that it's better to have the springs & shocks installed at the same time , because it'll be better in the long run ?
