Do you guys know anything about FLIK wheels or products?
I was wondering if you guys knew anything about FLIK wheels cuz a buddy of mine found a set of pretty good looking wheels but I never heard of FLIK. Have any of you guys heard of them?
I was thinking about getting a new set of 18's and was considering the BBS SX wheels and now I like these. They are not quite gun metal (actually Anthracite) which I think would look awesome on a ABP TLS!

They are alright for the price, but knockoffs of the Advan model 5 wheels.
Not only that, these FLIK wheels only have a max offset of +40 in our bolt pattern.
They also make a knockoff of the SSR Competitions..

Thanks for the reply. The 18x8 wheels have an offset of 42. I will do a search but I am not sure what the offset means. Can you (or anyone else) help explain it a little.
So these aren't bad wheels then huh? I guess my main concern is whether they are a strong wheel and won't bend easily. The 18x8 is a 20.5 lb wheel and with Kumho 712s on them I can get them for $1400 mounted and balanced (shipping also included).

Paul,
If you are interested maybe we can get a group buy going :p
here is the site to the wheels:

I am concerned about the quality but everything else sounds good so far.

And you are right, I didn't look at the LEX wheels, they do have an offset of +42 This is the minimum for our cars recommended.
As for their qulity, I've been trying to find info on them.. but I'm sure they are as strong as any other cast wheel in that price range if you know what I mean.

I think I got it now....
So what you are saying is that if I did get these wheels with the 235/18 tires that my tires would stick out 23 mm (13 for the offset and 20/2, or 10, for the tire width) farther than the stock wheel and tire setup? So the smaller the offset, the more the tire sticks out?
Also, is it safe to say that a wheel with a deeper dish would tend to have a greater offset? Thanks for the info by the way.
I really like the wheels but I don't wanna money for POS if they are that. Let me know what you find about Edub and I greatly appreciate it!

dont buy those rims....18x8 with a 42 offset would mess up your fenders....it would rub all day long and rolling fenders would not stop your from rubbing the bumpers and other stuff as well as the front rubbing too...I have 18x7.5 with 42 offset and had to shave the rear fenders...trim alot of the rear bumper and take off clips in the front in order to remove all the rubbing...the lowest i would go with 18x8 is like a 45 or higher...and you would still rub with that setting alittle...

18x8 will stick out by 32 mm not 23..
13 for the offset, and 19 for the width..
(25.4*(8-6.5))/2 = 19
sinned is right, even with a +45 on a 8" wheel, you will rub if you don't do some modifications to your fenderwell area.
235 tires would also contribute to the rubbing..

Thanks guys
Now I am a little more informed. At this point I am not going to get them and will wait. I think I will lower the car instead and ride on my stock wheels for a while. Thanks for the info.
