Well, with my intake the mileage has gotten worse... but that's because I'm flooring it more!

God help me when I get my exhaust.

If I'm not mistaken the intake increases the gas mileage, and the exhaust does not affect it negatively, nor positively. However the headers, I have read, do affect the gas mileage.....Someone correct me if I'm wrong. PEACE

neither will affect gas mileage as long as you don't punch on it at every light...hahaha so don't step on it and it should be fine.

With headers and intake I see about 10-15% better gas mileage, and I drive the car WOT whenever possible....

I don't know if this helps but...

When I had my 02 Accord I had CAI, Header, Exhaust done and my highway milage almost doubled. On a road trip I got 603 miles from 1 full tank.

When I had my 94' Talon (non-turbo) I put on a Borla Cat-back, a K&N filter, ported the exhaust manifold (it was already 4-2-1 from the factory) and ran the tires 6 lbs. over factory spec. The factory window sticker said it should get 22 city and 29 hwy. After all thsi stuff went on I was getting a little over 40 hwy and 26 city!!

I saw a very small increase when I got the intake but I noticed a HUGE difference after the headers (not the first month though, took a loss because I enjoyed the power too much!) but now I see a big increase!
