Dealer drilled holes in my bumper....(PICS)

I wanted to take my front license plate off, but when I took it off I saw two holes that the dealer drilled. So, I had my bracket and plate frames painted to match my car. I dont think I like it, let me know what you guys think.

Looks pretty good. I feel really lucky that the dealer was lazy in my case and just handed me the sealed package containing the front plate mount and screws when I bought the car.

No front plates required in TN either. I would have been pissed though if the dealer went ahead and installed it.

Holes are not required on the front to hold the plate securely. The bracket is supposed to attach via two holes in the plastic grill of the bumber directly in front of the radiator.

Your moronic a*swhole dealer fuched up badly. If I was you I would have them install a new bumper and I would report them to acura. The car has two small screws where the bracket attaches to on the underside of the airscoop... drilling is NOT NEEDED Now if we could just get those idiots off the crack cocaine...

p.s. Have them pay for the bracket paint job also...

They did mess up. I should tell them that im moving to a state that doenst require front plates, and now I cant remove the bracket because they drilled two unneccesary holes. see what they say.

How much did it cost you to get your rear plate painted? Looks good. I just want to do the rear. I took the plate off the front the first day I got it.

Well, I work in a large yacht dealership so there are fiberglass/paint technicians, so I get all my apinting done for free. Not sure how much it would cost if I got it painted tho, sorry.
