Dead Tranny Club!

Hey guys,
I want to see how many of our members here at acurazine had tranny failures. I think if we have a list going, it would make a good reference to see how often trannies on our cars die and what has been done to resolve it. Here is a good format to follow. I hope people post information here and that this can be useful.

[Year Model of car]
[Date] @ [Mileage]
[Covered/Not Covered (total cost)]
[Place of service]
[Rate of service]

Now I know the forum is a limited group of people, but it seems an exorbitant amount of people are having transmission problems here. Has there ever been any talk of any class action lawsuit against Acura for failure to fix a major problem with these vehicles?

Welcome to the tranny club. Tranny problem is a routine for me there is no permanent fix. Some said live with it or don't read it. So, I will live with it. Love the car and will keep it because I have spare civic just in case some stupid dealers are trying to lick my arse.
