getting no needle movement for my coolant. car is working fine, thermostat opens, and fans come on at about 180 degrees so the car isnt over heating. but i still want my needle to work.

replaced the coolant sensor right after the coolant line, but i relized that the 99 engine has an extra spot where somethign plugs in right next to the coolant temp sensor.

the type-s engine does not have this spot. any help?
