cel p0118

Hey My 2000 Acura TL is throwing a p0118 code. Which is the Engine Coolant Temperature Circuit High Input. I went ahead and brought the new sensor. Where is the sensor located? I am going to change it out tonight. I just want to know where is it before I start. Thanks again Chris

It took me like 3 mins to change the sensor. No more CEL. If anyone need to know it is under the throttle body beside the thermostat.

Hi Guys,
I'm replacing Coolant Temperature sensor but I can't find where.
Does anybody has picture or tell me where its location?
Do I have to bleed coolant air after this replacement?

Thank you guys.

you might or might not have the same problem.
this is like a doctors office, you need to repeat your symptoms over to us again, so we know what we're working with.

now, what is your problem?
all that you have indicated in this thread is that you left your battery unhooked for 20 mins....
that tells us nothing!
whats your problem and what steps have you taken to fix it so far?
