Comptech exhaust...pass side hangs lower

Comptech exhaust...pass side hangs lower

just a curious........some others have mentioned it...my pass side muffler hangs ower than the driver side? Have you guys had the hangers changed or just bought new rubber hangers that are shorter.

That's weird, my driver side hung lower then my passenger. I got that fixed at the dealer. Made them give me new rubber hangers.

take your car to an exhaust shop they'll fix it in 5 mins.

Some members are using zip ties to pull it up to the height you want. I used steel adjustable radiator hose clamps. These are strong and should last a long time

yea just do your self a favor and go to a muffler shop and let them fix it . they will most likely bend the hanger a little to straighten it out

yeah...I was just curious if you guys had heard of anything like that. No biggee...I've got zip ties on there now, temporarily.

won't know until you ask a shop man. i'm guessing anywhere from $50-100

i was charged 60$..they just heated the hanger and then manipulated it to the right height.
