so if I read all that correctly- back in 4-08 you were having a problem- took it to the dealer who could not replicate
Did you do the other repairs they said it needed? ball joints-mounts-rotors- whatever it was? Any of those can cause other problems

Since you did go in while it was certainly under unit warranty, that gives them GOODWILL ability- since you brought it in before---
Has it been diagnosed again- have you spoken with the service manager
See what happens when you make a statement about selling the car in June, and you didnt...

Is the main issue the cars age- not the warranty replacement being over time/miles?

If you call, they look in the computer and consult "The Book of NO"-
What you need is the regional warranty rep from acura to help you get a good trans this time

First thing- go to any brand name parts store and get the CODES pulled/read
Report back here with them - you may only need something like a $45 coil for the engine

Cant freak out yet- we need more info

no. it was 03-24-2007 when it last went wich is passed the 12 month/12k miles waranty plus my car is a 2000 wich is a year past the actual waranty so im screwed. i dont have the money for this at all. im getting the code read tomorrow cause my mechanic was busy today.

any parts store can read the codes for free
Acura should work with you since this has been a problem car on transmissions
If your guy says its another failure then get to acura
Since you did complain in the past they will work with you
Just remember the things I said and be nice to them despite the situation
Acura has comped 99's!! on a trans this year, and a few way over mileage got 500 labor and acura paid for trans
So 00 is not a big deal, and its not the first failure...which extends the timeframe in acuras goodwill poilicy

Its NOT the dealer who gives the Goodwill- its the acura regional warranty rep- and they go off what the service MANAGER has to say
