Check Engine Light Codes.

Welp, it has been awhile since I have been on this board. Last night, my CEL went on, and I had it checked today, there was four codes to it. Here are the codes:
P1298 - electrical load CKT input high.
P0135 - 02 Heater CKT Bank #1, Sensor #1
P0141 - 02 Heater CKT Bank #2, Sensor #2
P1753 - Lockup Control Sol 'A' CKT Open

The bodyshop told me that ther is a short somewhere. That's all I know about the electrical load code. THe rest, I have no idea what he was talking about o_O. When the CEL went on, the "Small Lights" 15A fuse blew out. So when I turned on my lights, my front corner lights and taillights would not come on. I replaced the fuse, turn on my lights, and out it goes again. I went to Autozone and bought a pack of 5 15A fuses, I tried twice, both blew out when I turned my headlights on. So is there a short somewhere in my wiring? This has happened before, but when I replaced the fuse, it was fine. BUt now, the fuse jtus keeps going out. Some of you may know that I had a problem with my interior lights from recent threads. And no, it has not been fixed yet =\ Can this be the cause of this issue? I'm going to drop off the car on Monday to get it chekced out. In the meanwhile, I can't drive it at night, cause if a cop sees me with non-working taillights, I'll get a ticket, no? Any help is appreciated.

Definetly a short.

If you have a warrenty, drop it off at the dealer.

If not, go find an ohm-meter and come back for instructions as tracing shorts is a PITA.
