CD changer Error E1
First, wip out the manual for the CD player and find out what that error means. THere is a list of error codes for the CD player. If you can't rectify the problem yourslef, I would take it back to the dealer because it is still under warranty. Good luck.

I had this problem. It seems that I used my own CD with labels and tried ejecting, the CD began to peel at the edge and got stuck coming out.
I simple tried to grip the exposed CD at the opening and pulled it out. Part of ther CD label ripped as it came out.
Warning: Do not use CD with stomped custom labels. They will heat up in the CD player and loosen up. When you eject the CD the label will peel and stick or jam.
Good luck trying to get the CD it out.

It's sad that only because the CD changer is blocked (can't eject), they have to change the whole unit.

Do you make your own CD's and stick labels on them. If you do - don't do it again or you will be changing your CD unit on a regular basis!

Any you'll be paying to have it done. If it's damaged by a CD label and the dealer sees this it will not be covered under warranty!
