So I was browsing the internet and came across this site... I have seen threads before asking where to get CF hoods, and maybe this place can help you guys.

They dont offer a CF hood for the 02-03 tl... anyone know if the 01-03 CL hood fits the 02-03 TL?

check ebay they sell c/f hoods for 2001 up to 2003 models, but there is no picture of it, they have a lot of them, I think around $250 a piece plus ship. Maybe quality is not the best

if go to this link you will see that they have two different ones one for an acura tl 99-01 and that is for an acura tl 01-03........

i found this site last month and emailed them about the hood for the 03 model since they had 02-03 acura integra tl and acura integra cl listed on the c/f hood list but they never got back to me ...now that i check the site out the removed those two and placed acura cl and acura tl but changed the yr models....must of been a typo and they didn;t realize till they recieved my email

For the '99 to '01, there are CF hoods out there, they just have to me custom made for you from any reputable shop you know. I ran into another TL over at Gandy here in Tampa with a CF hood, he just had a shop do the entire job for him for only $400. It's not that special though...IMO

I wasnt really considering CF at the moment, I was just sharing what i found.

I bet the silver CF would look great on SSM!!! Who wants to try it?

Yeah you have a point there haha for me the only last mod for now I want to do is the body kit but 1k is like killer so far so I ll patiently to see if I can find one used but I doubt that.

I have seen Silver carbon fiber on a silver prelude it looked good, but the only reason I would ever see getting it is when I need a cheap replacement hood that I wouldn't have to get painted.
