I've done it on an Acura Legend which looks very similar.
Unbolt the radius rod from the lower control arm and take the nut off the end. The radius rod should then come out. The bushings will probably need to be removed with a hammer and punch or a slide hammer. I used a slide hammer.
Then reassemble it, being sure all the parts are installed correctly.
On the Legend there was an adjustment for the length of the radius rod.

ok so just take off the bolt from the control arm than the bolt on the front end of the rod and it should come out? hopefully this will fix why my front rim is sitting so far back
Start with the bushing. Make sure its in correctly. If its not it may be the problem. If its not the problem the whole subframe may need to be shifted, in which case you may want to bring the car back to the place that did the trans swap.
It also could be a bent lower control arm
