Bad tint job?

hes bs you. dont go back their anymore. all u need to do is take out the 3rd brake light cover. unplug the plugs that go into the bulbs (in the trunk) and then pry it up with a screwdriver ( from the back seats) go where i told u. that shop doesnt know what their doing. the silvering will occur. i have some on my car but its minimal.

FWIW, I used to get my tint done at Pilsen Auto Glass - they did the rear window without cutting out a hole for the 3rd brake light, however it did have the "dot-matrix" problem, but only at the very top. They also did the side windows with the tint only going up to about 1/4" from the top. Regardless, it was nice.
I gave up tint though; don't plan on getting it in the future either.

Don't pay to get it removed, they have a tint removal kit at wal-mart for a few bucks. you don't even need that. When I removed a buddys tint i just pulled it off and used goo gone to get the sticky stuff off.

well from what ive seen most vehicles tints are cut below the wiidow, but yours does look like its too much. the dot matrix thing is always gonna happen unless of course you do the vinyl thing like everyones saying. and in some states covering the third brake light is illegal. i know in jersey inspection doesnt pass you if you cover it.
