Alright i got a problem with my back right tailight. The light inside the car back bulb comes up, but i changed 2 bulbs already in that tailight about 2 days ago, and i think its one of those bulbs i changed, but since i changed them already why would this light still be comming up. I havent check yet if the new bulbs are messed, im gonna do it tomorrow.

any ideas why this is doing that?

alright, one of my bulbs in my right tailight isnt working when i put my brakes on, i checked them, and 2 of them had the wires iside em broken, so i bought new ones, now 2 days later my tail lamp light in my dash is on, and i just checked the bulbs again but they all seem fine, you know what the problem could be??

 

my light on the dash showed up a while back that my tailight bulb was out. i checked it and replaced it on the same day.. and it just disappeared from the dash right away.. im not sure what's the problem on yours, but maybe you should just take it to someone.. like a mechanic or to the dealer services and ask. or just call an acura dealer near your area and just ask about it

 

hmm what year do you have? I didnt know we had a taillight bulb in the dash...try to reset the cars computer...disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for at least 15 min. Be sure you have your radio and or navigation codes.

or you could resort to checking your manual

 

nah i know not to do that because when i press on the brake the light doesnt light!!! and i just replaced both brake lamps??

 

you have to replace all FOUR bulbs at the same time...yes it weird....but once you do that it will work. A few ppl including myself have experienced what you are saying, and after replacing all of the four bulbs, everything worked fine.

 

maybe these bulbs that i got are weak as hell and i might need to get some from acura itself or maybe a wire got disconected, but anyways im gonna take it to a mechanic and MAYBE bring to the dealership, but would end up payin money for nothin so maybe not, gonna see what the mechanic says, ohh and its a 2000

 

it happen to mine a while back, the bulb burn out so i replace it with the new bulb then i work for like a day or two then the light in the dashboard apear again, and i when in the back and check the bulb and it was working fine, so it was driving me insane, and finally i found out that the bulb did not push in all the way inside the socket.. try see if it work.

well, if it wasnt way inside the pocket it wouldnt light up at all right? but the all the lights on the tailight work (they are all lit) but then when i step on the break the bottom right lightbulb in the tailight doesnt light.
