Anyone know if they make smoked tail light covers for TL?
Does anyone know if and where i might find some smoked tail light covers for a 99 TL. Not the tint but actual plastic covers. Thanks in advance.

im pretty sure they dont. but if you do find one on ebay chances are the terrible fitment will make it look like shit. my friend bought them for his Charger but they looked so awful that he threw them on the street and drove over them.
basically, stick to spray or film.

^ i think i beat you there.
in my 4+ years of driving i have been rear ended 5 times. no tint. all bulbs working.
1st - 01 Toyota Sienna - green. insurance cost - pocketed money and didnt fix shit
2nd - 07 RDX - red. ins cost - 1200
3rd - 07 RDX - red. ins cost - 4500
4th - 03 TL - black. ins cost - pocketed money and ran
5th - 03 TL - black. ins cost - pocketed money and ran. basically got paid twice for the same damage.
moral of the story - getting rear ended can happen to anyone. but the chances of getting rear ended with tail light tints is higher. i HATE driving behind cars with tinted tails. i almost want to hit them on purpose so i can get them to buy me a new front bumper (i desperately need one) cus i didnt see their tail lights on. lol probly wont work but does anyone know the laws on tail light tinting? or if you get rear ended can the driver of the car behind fight against you and make you at fault?

wow luckily i've never been rear ended... don't tint the tails, you'll be easy prey for cops. It looks ghetto in my opinion as well as that of most tuners. i light smoked the turn/reverse white, and I haven't been hit (don't want to jinx it )
the one time i was hit was when my car was parked in broad daylight, and I saw it get hit luckily or I'm afraid it would've been a hit and run.
