any one know the part numbers?

anyone know the part numbers for the bolts that mount the engine to the tranny? (can't find it on acuraoemparts.com) even possibly have the torque specs?

I still haven't taken the time to edjumacate myself about posting links and pictures etc. Try the listing for " 5 at trans housing" on acuraoem. It looks like #21, possibly#20 and #22.

Well since the others got the part #'s....torque specs are 47 ft-lbs.

thanks for the help guys but i'm kind of lost, TLer Trash, looking at the transmission housing breakdown,

the numbers 21,20, 22 are not even bolts

and sperry, i did some searches on acuraoemparts of those part #'s and it wouldn't give me any descriptions, so i went to estore.honda.com and did a search by part # and it only found one of those part #'s but it was for the transmission mount.

This is for a 2003 CL/TL engine (j32a2) with a 03 CL 6spd.

i'm running two different setups right now i've got what's in the car now and i have an engine and tranny that i'm putting together so i can do a 1 for 1 swap (minus P/S A/C and other accessories that i'll have to carry over)

so the 5at bolts will work just fine?

For the information of anyone else doing a swap just like mine, the above part numbers are INCORRECT. Those bolts secure the transmission housing to the torque converter assembly.

I had ordered those bolts and they did not fit. I had to go to a honda dealer only for them to show me the REAL diagram for these bell housing bolts

they are located under "alternator bracket" in estore

good luck on future swaps!

I tried once, and the jackass parts guy refused to give me part #'s...maybe because he thought I would've used it to buy online or something? I don't know. Might be just the dealers around here though...

But its a helluva lot faster for me to search the diagrams than deal with them.

the acura guys around here are usually pretty helpful.. i was just honestly curious because ive seen other threads on here and other boards where people go back and forth when i figured it would be easier to just call..

the louisville acura is very nice and everything, but right now it's getting so close to swap time i'd rather have these bolts shipped to my door, rather than driving hour and half out of my way to get this stuff. but it's all good. parts are on order. swap is still on schedule.

Yea, I wish my dealer was helpful. But ah well, I guess it's a trade-off since they're 2 mins away from me...
