air vents

when i turn on my heater.

air only comes out of the far left vent and far right vent of the car

the one above the navigation and then one above the glove compartment switch has no air flow coming out.

also, the 2 small ones at far end, on top, dont have air coming out either.

if anyone might know but doesnt know which vents im talking about, request and ill take a picture.

If your climate control is set to auto it usually only comes out of those. Try switching it to the position that shows the guy in the seat with arrows pointing at his head and feet and that usually activates all of them.

Mine does the same thing. when I hit the "off" button on the console it still flows out of the dash vents slightly. However, from what I remember, it only occurs when I am using the "Auto" mode and not when I turn the heater on through the Navi screen.

is it set to vent or something else. The only way it will come out of "all" the vents are if its selected to. (a arrow pointing to the head) Heat should come from the floor. The 2 side vents blow a slight bit to help keep the windows defoged

Mine was doing this to on the auto mode but once its got the arrows pointing to the head or head and feet it works fine. At first I thought it was a problem but then I figured it out.

Sounds like defrost mode. In that mode, the outer two vents work, and the defrost vents work. The middle and lower ones don't.

Silly question - is it set to defrost? The whole - won't turn off until you select it on the navi makes no sense. There is no off selection for A/C in the navi.

I dunno - it sounds like your mixer doors aren't moving for some reason.

Did you check all of your fuses?

Without going to my car to look, are the vents turned off using the manual rotating dial next to the vent itself? May be silly, but worth a look.

im sure there are dials for the one above the radio, as for the passenger side. the dial cnotrols the far right, not sure about the left one

as for the "arrow point to head" i press that and leave it for like 10 minutes but it still doesnt do it.

i think its something with the ventducts itself.
