Hey guys, I had the icebox installed and I was looking at it from under the car and I see the hole where the air goes in, but I also have the front lip spoiler on and it seems that the plastic from the spoiler defeats the purpose of air flowing freely into the intake. Am I assuming things or is the intake installed incorrectly? Should I cut a hole in the plastic? Please help.

its not a ram air, its just down there to pull cool air from your lower bumper, not hot air from your engine bay.

 

remove your fog light and u shoulg get a ram air effect...

 

remove the fog light???

 

"RAM AIR" is useless as speeds below 100+, not worth the effort.

 

even if that is the case it would still be interesting to see if the icebox performs any differently... although i have my doubts.
