For those of you who did not want to purchase the Air Bypass Valve you should it is well worth the money. I live in Vancouver BC where we are now getting hammered by a rain storm. On the way home I had to go through a couple of deep puddles (just up to my head lights) no problem. Then the traffic I was in was warned by the police that the road ahead was bad. Some of the cars turned and headed for higher ground, but you know what I did LOL. Well me and a group of other cars went on, now this was the mother of all puddles I mean this one the water was washing over my hood. There was a Toyota Matrix he got hydro locked, then a Ford Mustang the same. I was getting worried I said to myself I may have beaten off more than I can handle. I went around the toyota and the ford water washing over my hood and the ASpec was going like I was on dry ground.

My hats off to the techs at AEM, the Air Bypass Valve is simple but it works saved me from replacing my engine and I did not have to take the long way home

 

I'm glad you made it thru. But try not to make this a habit.

BTW, I also have the bypass valve.

 

Now, I know I got to install my bypass valve. It rains like crazy here in Houston.
