Too God Damn Fast

Alright... this car is way to fast for me, i think i gotta slow it down to a honda civic...

i got 3 speeding tickets in the past month...
i mite sound a little crazy when saying this but have any of u ever heard this?

my friend said when he got his first ticket that he pleaded "no low compranda" or some @#$% like that? It means that since its your first ticket you can plead guilty, but you admit you did it but no points will go on your liscence... i live in NY, so is my friend smoking crack or is this true?

i dont want to go up to the judge and SAY NO LOOOOO

In most cases you can just plead guilty and they will drop is to about 10mph over and you pay the fine, no points on your license. I don't think you'll be able to get away with it in your case. 3 tickets in 1 month would be a suspension of license in NJ. I don't know about NY but don't be surprised if they did.
Good Luck!

3 tickets in the last month??? You need to find yourself a good lawyer to get out of atleast 1 or 2 of them....

A lawyer would be a good choice...otherwise plead not guilty and pray that when you go to court you can plea bargin it down to some other infraction with the cop before court begins. A lot of courts allow this to speed up the court's daily load.

If you plead NOT guilty, they will ask you if you are sure and that you understand that you have a chance to lose and everything will remain as is. Then they will ask if you have a lawyer or if you'll be representing yourself. Then they will give you another court date. If you lose, which you probably will with 3 tickets you get the points and the fines and whatever else punishment they decided to give you. If you plead not guilty they will give you what your fine is, and maybe take the points away. Are these tickets all in one town or different? If it's different, you can get away with just the fines. If it's all in one, your F*cked.
I'd say plead guilty on all 3 counts if your in different locations. Look to be spending close to a 1k though AND a LOT more for your insurance. If you do get the points, start looking for a new insurance agency too.

You gotta let off some steam on a track somewhere, bro!

Doing the speed on public roads is not only foolish but dangerous. It's not just you that's gonna get hurt but you'll involve somebody too.
