My 99 TL has an ABS light on, how much is this gonna cost me?

We need the story of- what is the last thing that happened before the light-
Did you work on the brakes-
hit something on the road?
have no brakes left?

 

Brakes are fine. The abs light has been intermittent for a couple of months. Within the last week it has come on everyday but usually turns off before I hit my destination. My drive times are usually anywhere from 15 to 30 mins. I haven't hit anything.

 

Last time it happened to me it turned out to be the magnetic float switch in the reservior cap; they stick after a while.
I was sporadic turning on an off; probably sloshed around enough to move it while driving.

lights that come on on the dash arent just for decoration. When they come on they usually mean something is wrong. When they do come on you should always at least get it diagnosed to find out whats wrong. You have to tell us a at least a code or a symptom for us to know

 

I'll do some checking. When I drove home last night, no light at all. It's intermittant again. Acura should be able to pull codes if the light is on or off shouldn't they?
