4 way lug wrench

hey guys i have some racing hart c4 multi piece in 19's. well i have a prob. i went out and bought a 4 way lug wrench that had a 19mm socket and it wont fit my wheels. the socket is the right size but the opening to the racing hart wheels are too small that the socket on the craftsman 4 way wont fit.

i borrowed a small lug wrench from a friend and it is small with a enlarged flat head ( like a flathead screw driver) at one of its end.
it has a 17mm,19mm,22mm and the flat head. it has no name on it and its silver.
he has no clue where he got it and i have been looking around and i cant find one like it.
i am stuck cause he needs it back and need one soon again to swap out my wheels to get ready for the school commute.
anyone with ideas or where to get this lug wrench that fit my wheels? why are lug holes smaller so it isnt compatible with the standard 4 way lug wrench?

These by far are the best. Not only will they fit lugs that are recessed into tight areas, they are also equipped with a plastic sleeve to guard against scratching. Mate these up with a "Gorilla" breaker bar and you're all set.

Did I mention that they look cool too!
