24,000 miles and climbing...

I reached 24000 miles on the TLS this weekend, just about 6 months to the day from when I bought the car.

Just curious, has anyone else put that much on their TLS yet?

Thanks! You make me feel much better about my 17k miles. Running great with no major problems.

Wow! That's about 10 times more than mine. I have less than 2800 in less than 5 months.

Man, you must really love driving your car!

I might hit that mark in one year, but 6 months?

Good! Now I don't feel bad with the 25K miles I put on in my first year.

Now that I'm back at school, miles are few!!

Man, some of you guys must live in your car All that travelling. j/k
I am trying to keep up (or slow down) with the 4-year 50,000 mile warranty thing, just in case I run into problems. It works out to around 34.2 miles a day. I have 5310 miles on it after 5 months.

I am puting around 1450 miles a month, or 48.33 MPD ( that's 48 miles per day....). Usually on any given nice weekend I put some 300 miles... ouch!

My God! 24,000 Didn't you even have some downtime replacing a transmission? I don't feel so bad about my 13,000 now.

I was crying to a co-worker until I read your post... Now I feel pretty good!! Mine has just hit 10K this weekend and it's been 6 months. But now I have something to shoot for! Let's see...I've got to put 14, 000 miles on it this weekend to catch you!!

Ready...Set...Go!

Yep, downtime for new tranny, water leak, warped rotors, squeaky sunroof, etc. I figure I'd have at least another 2k on it if it hadn't been in the shop so much.

I have a couple more trips this week so by next Monday, I should have about 27,000 on it. Sick, isn't it?

Wow! 24,000. I've got just over 10,000 since April and decided to park the car to let time catch up. It's in the garage until at least February with the exception of a weekly run to keep the juices (the car's and mine) flowing.

Gotta make full use of that warranty!

Anyway, I think Redlined has all of us beat!

Good thing I have a motorcycle and a POS Sentra to use for my commute; I currently have a 186-mile roundtrip commute 5 days a week.

And no--as much as I love my TL-S, I'm not gonna use it as my daily commute car, at least until my commute becomes much shorter. Otherwise, my warranty will expire within 2 years...
