1999 tl

Have a 1999 tl that customer drove hot blew head gaskets and left me the car...scrap is down not worth the time. drain coolant out and besides low compression it runs and drives. Have an 03 motor from TL that customer never came to have installed after selling the job, so figured i would put it in the 99 as only difference i saw was intake and injectors.now car stumbles going full throttle. sounds like plugged exhaust but that isnt it, change to factory plugs, new timing belt installed and timed correctly, cleaned egr port. if at quarter throttle it will rev normal then starts running like ass again, pinch off return fuel line for pressure check and it kills the car. pinch feed line no change?!

not an honda expert but have worked on many thru the years and this one has me stumped. hard start cold and hot, add brake clean around injectors will fire up new orings on injectors still seems to have a vac leak for some reason.
any ideas would be great, i even sent in the computer cause it was acting weird and got it rebuilt as i guess it had bad capacitors they said making it go full retard thru computer after the swap

Just to clarify, is the '03 motor from TL' a J32A2 from a Type-S or is it a J32A1 like the '99 it replaces?

If you used the 03 intake manifold, make sure that #10 GASKET, IN. MANIFOLD (UPPER), on the link below, is properly placed.

Also make sure the TPS and MAP connectors, on the throttle body, are not switched. Otherwise,

had to use the 1999 intake so everything lined up for the car ie water lines and tubes
