i believe the comptech is tuned specifically and the hks is not...it is almost essential to have a muffler shop extend the muffler b/c it will even start to melt the vehicles w/o a kit as well...i really like the hks its very nice when you get it flush w/tha rear bumper...Only thing that I would like to do is buy the comptech b-pipe, but i think it would be better to use the comptech exhausts with it no???

 

comptech pipe and muffler might be tuned to work together...but fit shouldnt be a problem since both the hks and comoptech muflers fit the stock system and the comptech obviously fits witrh he bpipe..

 

Could someone explain "debadged". I have seen the phrase many times.

 

While this thread really isn't the right place for this question (and a search would give you the answer)... debadging is removing the 3.2TL and Acura letters from the trunk lid (also Type-S if you have that). The only thing left is the "A" on the trunk lid.



Now that I have answered your question, purchase an HKS exhuaust! They're AWESOME!
