Not sure what you did, but maybe it wasn't a good idea to DIY?

I had my Aspec suspension installed by the dealer and never had an issue. I don't think it's about settling down, there is something else going on here. I don't mean to be negative, but Acura didn't develop the Aspec suspension kit with a settling down period.

Just got my A-Spec suspension installed by the dealer last week. Thought I'd wait a couple of days for "settling". Just took these measurements on a semi-flat surface (could be ~1% upgrade) and on 1/2 tank of gas. Measured from ground to edge of fender paint (not the black rubber guard).

LF = 27 1/2"
RF = 27 7/8"
LR = 27 3/4"
RR = 27 3/4"

Not sure why my LF is a bit lower than my RF.
Will check again on a different surface later.

I'll try to measure from top of wheel lip to fender later.

Ok, here's my measurement on same sitting from top of wheel lip to bottom of painted fender.

LF = 5 7/8"
RF = 6 1/4"
LR = 5 7/8"
RR = 6"

Overall, I actually can't tell if the A-Spec suspension lowers the height of the car more than regular. I forgot to take measurements prior to the install.
Ride is noticeably more firm. Handling seems to be tighter.

You need to ride with a few people on the right side for awhile! Compress those springs.

I'm wondering if the Dealer put the wrong set on each side.
Does anyone know if there are labels on the shocks themselves stating left or right side before I take a wheel off to look tonight?
RK, do you recall?

There are indeed labels on each coilover to guide the installer. Having pre-install measurements would make helping here a little easier.

For spring it doesn’t say R or L but as for struts for back it’s got R and L on them So I didn’t missup anything there. Man if I know the ride is gona be this hard I would gone with new Stock setup I feel like driving a ricer again.
All 3 wheels got same gap 27 1/8 but the RR got 27 ¾ well hopefully soon I can figure this 1 out.

Thanks a guys.

I wish A-spec was noticable... It seems like you can BARELY tell the difference when it's installed.... Might have to pair up HR springs with the A-Spec full suspension, and hang onto the A-Spec springs, I guess.....

Noticed a more rigid ride as well. I'm getting used it now though. I actually prefer this ride to the floating kind like stock RL's and most Lexus'.
Initially, my tire pressures were slightly high. I lowered them to what the manual says (32 F and 30 R) it helped a bit.
Yes, hoping it would have been lower. At least to Bimmer sport package level. Oh well.

Oh, and I did check if the shocks were on the right side and they were. Fronts are also labeled with "L" and "R".

Is the ride really that harsh with the ASpec suspension?
I have H&R's and have been seriously considering ditching them for an ASpec setup because the ride has become so damn bouncy.... but I really like how low the car sits.

The ride isn't "harsh" but it's less "plush" than the oem/non-aspec suspsension was. I don't find mine to be noticeably lower in stance, but it is more controlled over undulations in the highway at speed and through corners.

so if this is the case, im guessing using the h&r's with the a-spec struts might help with the bouncy ride? i know there are some people with the hybrid setup (a-spec struts with h&r springs)

I have the just H & R's and the ride is definetly not bouncy -- its stiff, but not too stiff.. I have a feeling that the shocks on the other car are worn out, which is causing the bouncy ride..
