nice, i like the new coating rotora uses, the older style looks like crap after awhile and starts to rust.

Ok, so I just want to mention that we are bringing the Devotion-3pF back with a 20" version. Centers will be custom painted, should be debuting in early 2008. Keep that in mind, staggered lips too for caliper clearance purposes, same width front to rear tho.

Nice exhaust sound and brief video. That 5zigen exhaust gives a nice, deep, aggressive exhaust note. I love listening to mine every day. Somehow, it makes me feel better.

Amazing work on your RL.

Have you done this mod?
I love the look of the Legend's shifter.

I agree the knob is scary, but I really meant the boot look and shift gate change. I think it looks better than the clunky RL shiftgate. I always liked this look on the auto BMWs.

In all honesty, before I thought the RL was an old man's car (no offense), but now i see that is has a fusion of hidden style and power that has been brought out by you and quatar. Acura should be looking at your RL and taking ideas on what the consumer wants.

I would have NEVER thought anyone could have done what T has done. I just love it that the hottest RL is on OUR forms!

Guys I don't know what to say except thank you, thank you !. Without all the support and feedback on the forum this car would have never existed. So take a bow =).

The mods really transform the car into a true performance machine. When I first got the car I was a bit nervous as some of you are right now. However all the technology on this car from the cf driveshaft to the ayc system being tunable really makes the car shine more when you start modding it. You can mod any car, but when you start of with a good platform the results can be just amazing.

In other news, the brake rotors are on!. Look for a picture of those maybe later today. For now here's a new interior shot -

Mr. Sam... You are simply amazing.. like someone posted before, you brought out the hidden mods that make this car stand out like no other Rl out there... Total inspiration for sure. Keep on doing our thing man, and I hope you don't sell this car because it's straight up Eye candy, IMMHO. Although I own a TL, I have your car as my wallpaper. haha.. You ever thought about ViPing this car? I'm sure it would look gorgeoous, and with the Junction Produce rearview mirror thingy, it would look unbelievably sexy! Speaking of Junction Produce.....

Roy there brake rotors, how many pics do you need ? LOL.

Donald, thanks for the feedback!. I do love JP stuff, but I guess my roots are more into performance than full vip. I like to call it Vip Sport. A blend of both sporty and 'bippu' (vip as the Japanese like to spell it).

Speaking of wallpapers I hope to have some for everyone soon. I know alot of you have been pm/emailing me recently and just wanted you to know there coming.

We did attempt the photoshoot that I was trying to do a few weeks back and the lighting conditions made it harder than I thought. They still came out nice. The location is the famous Times Square. I'll post up some from that shoot in a bit.

Nowhere close to what you've got going on, which is AMAZING, but done a bit more frugally... I guess you can say that...

Thanks guys.

Here's the pics from the famous Times Square in New York City. This was a hard place to shoot due to the high volume of traffic, public walking by asking me questions about the car and complex lightening.

Can you talk about your ext color choice?
To me, white sometimes can't match the depth and richness of colored paints. I had a white 03 CLS, non-metallic and flat. I know the RL white is metallic and looks better. I personally think the RL looks best in black, but too high maintenance.

I like dark grey but I have an anthracite CL now. I think Lakeshore would be my pick.

Well, your R is a beauty and is making me reconsider white, with black interior tho.
Keep up the great work.

123456Speed, light colors are indeed easier to maintain and you don't see the dust. Darker colors do offer more deepth when clean, but also require more work. You can also notice swirl marks alot more on them. That being said I think the pearl white is a nice compromise, depending on the lightening conditions it kinda changes color from pure white to a cream.

How about anywhere from 1024x768 to 1280x1024? Some people might even want 1600x1200 or some odd resolutions due to the proliferation of widescreen monitors...

Later!

I was thinking that same thing but wasn't sure if I'd be the only one. If you can put up a killer shot of your RL in Hi res - wide screen format, I'd love to put it on my 30 inch monitor as the background

The higher res, the better. My monitor runs at 2560 x 1600, but anything in wide screen format would be cool.

I need the screen work area because of what I do for a living. The big screen is very nice but finding high resolution backgrounds to use with it is a bit hard. I have a few High Def landscape shots that make it feel like I'm looking out a window. It's very and relaxing on a stressful day

Ok to add some variety, I'm going to post up 3 pictures that I think are wall paper worthy. Please pm me the resolution and pic you want so we don't clutter up the thread. I should have the full sized versions done by tomorrow ready to send you guys.

Two of the pictures use the same spot as my 1st post from page 1. This was done so that you can see how things have evolved the past year.

Mike I can do 2560x1600, but I want you to snap a pic of how it looks on your sick monitor .
