I have a 2005 RL, and am having intermittent issues with the NAV/multi-function screen. Intermittently, the screen will do any one of the following; freeze up & display Acura Satellite Navigation, stay on the HVAC screen you are using, or stay on the audio screen you are using, occasionally it will go black. When this happens, you cannot control any of the functions, and the buttons on the control stack do not beep. Things do return to normal after I shut the car off for a short period of time. I believe it is the DVD player in the trunk that os causing it, but would really appreciate it if anyone has experienced the same thing and what the fix was. Thank you!

 

Sometimes my reverse camera fails to ignite.

Try disconnecting the DVD player and see if that helps.
