Unhappy Nav screen not working and entering the matrix

Recently my navigation screen has been either frozen on the start up screen, frozen on the map screen, or like in this picture trying to enter into the matrix... Luckily my stereo and a/c functions still work, just can't see any of the functions. Can someone remedy this?

Hmm interesting. Any way you can get ahold of another disk to see if the issue carries over? I'd hate for you to replace a drive with nothing wrong with it.
