Is it possible to add just the navigation screen and the climate control screen with out hooking the screen to the nav drive? So pretty much have a touch screen radio.

 

No. There is a bunch of stuff that runs thru the Navi screen

 

So I was assuming that you could replace the radio screen with a navigation screen, the replace the clock with the climate control screen use the correct wires with the nav minus the dvd drive and the gps antenna so you'd pretty much have a touch screen radio.

 

I was wondering the same thing. I think it should be possible...I dont see why it wouldnt

 

I have a 04 and i just want the nav screen and the climate screen...Im not worried much about the nav. I think the nav screen gives the interior a better look

 

no one has any input if this is possible?
