What all is damaged in this picture?

Do you have a smaller picture?
Where does this oil come from, is it brake fluid or power steering fluid? When the Axel exploded, it could damage the oil filter housing. In general, it makes no sense to guess from such a bad picture, you need to go and look. I think for sure the whole knuckle is to be replaced together with the strat and CV axel.

Make sure the rack and pinion is good, the engine is not damaged and the subframe is not bent.

From the simple questions you are asking, it doesn't sound like you will have the knowledge to fix this yourself. Personally looking at it, you could be in the ball park of $1500-$2500 to fix. Who knows what else is bent/broke once it is all apart. That had to take a good wack to snap the lower control arm like that.

With prolonged idling, without oil, the connecting rod bearings are always the first to suffer. How do you know the condition of the connecting rod bearings without disassembling the engine?

I am being sarcastic here. OP said that he knows how to turn wrenches, but he don't see biggest issue with this car. Engine with no OIL.

Nobody will give you def. answer. I don't think we have people here with super powers. My suggestion would be just to pass on this car.

Hi Rake, there's not enough detail in the photo to make any kind of accurate assessment - there could be only that visible damage, or a whole bunch of other things - it's too hard to assess just from one incomplete image.
